Work life. Home life. Relationships are at the heart of both.

We’re social beings, and throughout the day we’re constantly communicating with people - exchanging energy and mutually affecting one another. Research shows that relationships are one of the biggest drivers of personal happiness and professional success - so it’s no surprise that building and maintaining healthy relationships are essential.

Because you take yourself with you wherever you go, you’re not one person at home and another at work. Therefore, your growth is about merging your personal and professional self, so you live from one authentic place.

As coaches, facilitators, a married couple and as parents - we’re passionate about helping you take the guesswork out of communication.

A good place to start is to ask yourself,

“What's it like to be in relationship with me?”

We focus on 3 areas of your life:

Connection with Self

The most critical relationship you have is with yourself. And a positive foundation is necessary in order for you to make healthy relationships with others. It's important to recognize you have a relationship with your career, food, money, goals and your body - and these all require attention. We'll help you bring out the best in yourself, so you can bring out the best in others.

Connection at Home

Your personal relationships have a significant impact on your health, your state of mind, and your sense of purpose. Having a good structure for communication, and a good system for repair when things go off the rails, are key to resolving conflict in your home. We'll help you partner better and parent better by teaching you about connection first, solution second.

Connection at Work

Research shows that 85% of professional success comes from people skills. These skills affect your performance, the money you earn and how much you enjoy going to work every day. So whether it's sales, customer service or managing others, we'll help you with the relationship skills that matter.

What Our Clients are Saying...

“Jeff helped me see that conflict is not the problem. It was my resistance to the conflict that was adding to my situation. Conflict isn’t bad, it’s a starting point.”
